Food and craft booths for the Hartsburg Pumpkin Festival will be limited in number and type of booth. It is desired that all crafts be handmade. Applications must be completed in their entirety and payment in full must be included with the application or your request will not be considered.
In order to participate in the festival all food vendors must comply with the regulations set forth by the Columbia/Boone County Department of Health and Human Services. Food vendors will need to contact the Boone Department of Health and Human Services at www.gocolumbiamo.com or call 573-874-7355 to obtain the necessary information.
All returning vendors and food vendors must have their application received by April 1st, 2021. All other applications must be received by August 1st, 2021. Applications received late will be considered on a space available basis. All decisions regarding booth acceptance and placement are at the discretion of the Hartsburg Pumpkin Festival Committee. Applications and fees for non-handmade crafts may not be accepted for booth consideration.
